Is anyone else dealing with nonstop calls from Midwest Service Bureau and wondering how to make it stop?

Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here has been through something like this and can share advice. For the past few weeks, I’ve been getting daily calls from Midwest Service Bureau about a debt I’m not even sure is mine (or at least not in the amount they claim). They call me at all hours, sometimes multiple times a day, and ignore when I tell them to stop. It’s become a real stress on top of everything else.

I’ve saved their phone numbers, the time of calls, and even voice mails. I tried disputing the debt in writing, but they keep pushing. I feel like this is harassment — I’ve read about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and what debt collectors aren’t allowed to do. (For instance, calling you repeatedly just to annoy or pressuring you with false threats is illegal under FDCPA guidelines.)

So I’m here asking: has anyone successfully forced Midwest Service Bureau to back off? What steps did you take — sending a cease-and-desist letter, reporting them to CFPB, taking legal action? Did it actually work? I’d love any templates, experiences, or encouragement. Let’s try to end Midwest Service Bureau debt collection harassment together.
