Is It Worth Going to the Muscat Office in Person?

I went to the Air India Express Muscat Office in Oman last week and thought I’d start a thread to get other opinions. I wasn’t sure if it would actually be helpful, but honestly it turned out to be a good decision. The staff were polite and handled my flight date change without asking for too much extra paperwork. It still took about 20–25 minutes before my turn came up, but that felt better than being stuck on hold for an hour.

The only minor issue was parking — it took me a few minutes to find a space nearby. So if anyone’s planning to visit, it’s probably smart to head out a little early. Other than that, the experience was pretty smooth and stress-free.

Has anyone else tried going there recently? Was your wait time similar? Did the staff solve your issue or did you have to come back again? Curious to hear other experiences.
