EL CAJON, Calif. KGTV - A dramatic police takedown of an El Cajon stabbing suspect was captured on video Thursday.El Cajon police said the incident occurred just before 8 p.m. in a crosswalk near the intersection of E. Madison Avenue and N. 2nd Street. The suspect, identified as Lester Riley, allegedly stabbed a 75-year-old man in the crosswalk. As Riley left the scene, se stanley mug veral witnesses followed him and contacted police. Police said responding officers confronted Riley in the 1200 bl stanley cup ock of E.
